Our Team

A native of O’Neill, NE, Jeff Ramold started his livestock risk management career in 1997 at the Livestock & Exchange building located in Omaha NE. In 2016 Jeff and Ag Partners of Albert City, Iowa started Livestock Equity Inc. This joint venture has provided livestock producers with a menu of risk management programs and has proven to be a valuable addition to suppliers and processors across the central United States. As CEO and President of Livestock Equity Jeff works with brokers and suppliers in establishing tailored marketing strategies. Jeff and his wife, Dru have three kids who keep them plenty busy with all their extracurricular activities.

Marnie joined Livestock Equity in 2022 after spending 26 years in the healthcare industry, where she developed extensive expertise in office administration and employee management. 

Marnie and her husband, Mike, have three adult children.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing, and boating.

Born and raised in central Iowa, Ryan began his career in 1990, with the currently named JBS/Swift. He performed several duties within the Hog Procurement team over 30 plus years.

Ryan and his wife Mendy have one daughter, and two grandchildren. Beyond family and friends, he enjoys many forms of outdoors entertainment.

Amity joined Livestock Equity in 2024. Before joining the company, she spent ten years as a financial analyst at ConAgra, followed by ten years as an analyst at Yahoo.

Amity and her husband, Brad, have two sons who keep them on their toes.
